You could try to do the following exercises: 1, skips to a bank at a height that can jump but is not so easy, with two feet high jumps and when you went up jumps back with feet together on the ground 2, get shenanigans with jump, put one leg in front and lower the knee of the other leg to the ground and jumps alternating feet. 3, do squats but with jump, that work the legs. We should rst make an assessment with a battery of tests to see what level you are and then plan from that base. If you are a low level and you're a beginner, you should start to do plyometrics level 0 (multisaltos) to strengthen your bone structure and musculotendinous in order to withstand future, leaps of greater intensity; more so in tennis that is a sport of long duration and unpredictable.
