Age?, male or female?, do you exercise or diet only?. On the other hand, if you've lost weight 12 kg in 4 months, means that you spurt 75 kilos 1, 60 m, so surely you've stalled for several reasons: 1 - Has lost weight but not kcal gradually until you reach normocalorica. 2 you have applied a caloric restriction so severe that your hormonal environment has been harmed and has stopped the oxidation of fats.
If you measure that you say, you can't lose 15 pounds, at most, four or five depending on your structure, but it is your decision. When it stagnates when trying to drop, it may be that even, you need to accommodate the amount of calories, if that's why stop eating well-balanced, and healthy, what you say to eat this well, but can lack a little, in appearance, by your weight you would be eating around 1600/1800 calories, this varies by person, age, exercise, etc is something close: it reduces a 200/250 calories per day, always feeding you well, weigh yourself often, to see if you lose about two kilos per month, if it gives a result, in a few months you'd have your weight.
