Routine what can I do to lose abdominal weight and mark?

Weight 63 and I'm 160, I have done the diet 4 months ago and I have lost 12 kg but I'm estancándome in the same weight 1 month ago, I am taking a light diet of salads, fruits, meals without oil, or saturated fats, no bread or flour (I allow myself once a week, less noodles ), not as rice, and sugar ( everything replacement for stevia)if you like dairy products such as yogurt ( a glass every day actibio) and cheese but a little. In addition, I drink green tea every day. I want to start a routine to keep losing weight and dial abs is my goal. What routine should I do? How many hours and days a week is ideal? Should I change my diet? Will I be able to mark abdominal if under 15kg more? Can I take any supplements like fat burner ( it does not affect the heart because sometimes, they give me tachycardia)?
