What kind of exercise can I do to remove stretch marks?

I have stretch marks on the butt and just I have 18 years what kind of exercise would help me?

Stretch marks can come out By various things. In common is lack of vitamins, and the solution is that you nutras more. Remember that you can eat and all, but that's not the only reason you're nurturing. You have a meal plan where you contribute the most amount of nutrients. In in the matter of the exercises, either is good. There is a specific exercise to remove it. (Well, not that I know of) you can run, do squats, lunges, jumps, or any sport that you like. Exercise + good food + good habits= good health. Avoid spending a lot of time sitting, it is recommended to spend a maximum of 5 hours a day. Prevents the weight, keep your weight according to your age and height.

Stretch marks once they come out, in much exercise or diet you do continue there at least to where I was.
