I am man I am 17 years old and mido 1.78 m problem is that only 53 kg weight, I do weights, something that I recommend to gain weight?

I do weights 6 months ago and I have only increased 2 kg, I have tried to consume more calories that burned but didn't I earn weight, something what I recommend?

Have you thought you may have thyroid hormone problems? Good with respect to the weight you've gained is quite good in 6 months but basically to gain more weight you have to eat more
