I do not lose weight still eating healthy and doing sport

I am 41 years old, but 79 kilos and measure 1, 63 cm. I make healthy eating, proteins, vegetables, fruit, green tea and whole-grain snack bars before the sport, caprice nothing nor processed sweet, with some weekends. Do sport 6 days a week (bicycle) and routines of strength (about 20-30 minutes daily) from approximately a month ago. I notice that I've lost some volume but nothing weight. I'm doing a good job or I have to change something?

The weight is not reliable, as I say to all the people that I look in the mirror and clothes. You can lose volume or sizes of clothes and not get a kg so if you say that you've lost volume you are going well. However eating healthy and exercising is not synonymous with lower weight, I do both and I'm in weight gain. It all depends on the energy balance, if you eat more you go up if you eat less, you come down.

If not low weight it is that you're not caloric restriction. If your body does not spend more than what you eat... you come not down weight by "healthy to eat" or much exercise you do. Can you put an example of what a normal day comes and their quantities?.
