Community debt, prior to the purchase of the housing

Buy a home in April of 2010 and the community, I dispute a debt from December 2008, when the mortgage puts it: "COMMUNITY EXPENSES: The selling party declares to be current in the payment of the general expenses of the Community of Owners.\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ The agent is given by satisfied with this demonstration, exonerándole of its accreditation.\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ I warn you that the farm will this affect the payment of the community charge produced in the last year and the losing party of the annuity stream." All this the lord notary what is omitted on the day of the signing. Do you have to pay from the date demanded by the community, or as I think I understand in the scriptures since January of 2009?. Do you have to pay and then complain to the promoter? Or vice-versa.
