Two days ago I took the car to the workshop, franchised dealership, where I bought it, and fails again in the same. The car is second hand, a ford fiesta, and the theme is that all of a sudden I run out of throttle, with the consequent danger.
The workshop is in another province, Lleida, spain, and I live in Barcelona. I took him there, because it just so happened I was visiting family. Three years ago I got it, everything was fine, until it started to fail a month ago, it seems that it is a fault typical of the Ford, difficult to solve, EAC FAIL. Intermittent faults without sense.
My fear with the workshops, is that now they do not repair, only change parts, and gives them equal, we charge the entire piece, 200 euros, when the best repair are only 10 euros... Well, I was told it was the throttle pedal, which was fried, changed it, and I'm still the same.
My sure you wash your hands, says that there are more workshops near (I lied to the hiring policy), so I don't know what to do.
The repair has a warranty, but who has to take care of the transfer? Because the car is worse, it does not move even. A crane of my pocket will be a paste. And how can I in the workshop to claim the repair? Because they tell me that "it was the pedal, but now it will be another thing", so continue to collect more, and more, to that of "churro", find the fault, I can't ruin it.
The internet is read of all, that if it is the workshop who has to take care of the costs of a "bad repair", if it is the insurance of each one who has to bring the car back to the workshop.
The be workshop official ford, do I have what claim directly to ford?

The transfer (if covered by your insurer as roadside assistance you can use it to take it to the shop you want (you have to ask it to your insurance).
My me has gone to stay sprawled out on a Saturday night, my crane (the insurance) to take the car home (I was in the crane and the family in a taxi paid for by the insurance) and the Monday return the crane to pick up my car and take it to the workshop 2 villages beyond.
That's why I say what up to where it reaches the care of your crane.
Another example was when in the underground garage of the house broke down the clutch, it came to the crane, pulled it out and took the workshop said.
And the claim to the customer care of Ford

Each policy has its conditions in Travel Assistance, but if the workshop that you need to take it is more than 100km almost any policy you take him to the workshop. Others will take you to the official dealer nearest to you or to another workshop if the distance is equal... there are many policies and they are all different.
I think that you should make a claim to the mark, I don't see another exit. In this claim it is possible that your insurance will lend a hand. Some policies cover claims for faulty repairs (although there is usually a minimum amount of repair)

I can only answer for the subject of insurance. The assistance in safe trip that has it limited (it is not that they wash their hands, it is that nobody watches it when it contracts it). The expenses, the workshop has to pay, as long as the failure is of the piece that has changed and no other breakdown. Consult your home or car policy, through legal protection. If you do not have the claim coverage, surely you have legal advice, so they can tell you how to act.

The ideal is that you can demonstrate the bad repair with an expertise. If you are some Club, RACE type, or it can be that your insurance covers you the appraisal. If you do not show it will be the word of a client against of a mechanics, which in general mechanics usually learn more.
Luck!
