My husband got a lump on his cheek after picking a granite. Now it has a well marked red protuberance.

I want to know what we can do since we do not have a medical plan.

Possibly the fact of bothering a granite led to an infection of skin and soft tissues. May require antibiotic treatment. As this is a forum and apart to prescribe a medication is necessary to see the patient and review it by this means will not get a prescription.
