Link Registry of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function ,?

I have to submit a couple of documents for the competition phase of a opposition . The case that puts me should be lodged in the Registry of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public service, Directorate General of Human Resources of Peripheral Administration, Calle Alcala Galiano 10, 28071 Madrid, or in the manner established in article 16.4 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 of October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations. What my query there is an electronic record for this ministry? Or do I have to do it through the registry common?

SARA Network of Electronic Registry. It suggests the windows browser (explorer) because it is the Administration's favorite. Enter the CLAVE system (which generates a password for each entry on your mobile phone) or activate your electronic ID. You can also follow the process suggested by the Tax Agency. Finally, you can use the ORVE system to present documents from any post office.

Since the new law of administrative procedure 39/2015, any electronic record will be used to submit documentation and you will be the own administration in charge of sending the documents presented in the corresponding register. You'll be able to use electronic ID card, digital certificate or the system [\[email protected\]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection) and although, in theory, you could do it from any browser, some problems occur at the time of signing electronically, and, at times, there is no other to use Internet Explorer due to problems with the Java virtual machine in other. You can submit in person the documentation in offices of record who have the system ORVE enabled, you will scan the documentation and send it telematically to your destination giving you a receipt of the electronic record are perfectly valid.
