Does what time the company to pay the settlement/compensation since the dismissal letter is signed?

What time does the company to pay the settlement/compensation to worker since signing the dismissal letter?. Should there be a term and the company do not respect it and, therefore, not pay, what is the way?

The company has no term, which means that they must abonárselo at the same time of the dismissal. If paying later, it would begin to incur interest on late payments. If the company owed any salary amount, you must submit a ballot reconciliation and a subsequent suit in the Courts of the Social. It has a one year term to do so, but we recommend you act as quickly as possible, in order not to dilate too much the procedure. If you need more information, don't hesitate to contact us.
