Is it advisable for a prebenjamin first year to play benjamin in the next, skipping the category of prebenjamin second year?

My son has played this season 2016-2017 in pre-benjamin's first year (Catalan Football Federation) and to the next club and his coach want him to play in the top category of Benjamin. As parents we believe that it is good for the because we think that you should go through pre-benjamin the second year and form a better physical and footballing to be able to stand up to older children. What do you think about it?

Basically there is a lot of difference between pre-benjamins and Benjamins in the form of training in terms of physical. If it is true that you can that, in comprehensive, I mean that you can explain things, not so much to the smallest child. I personally don't see anything bad, but neither good.
